Gabe Hill   Principal

Gabe Hill leads all of LRI’s land development and HRD Construction properties by providing oversight and management of over $150 million in construction projects. He has also led the development of thousands of lots for various homebuilders.

Mike Verzani   Senior Project Manager

Mike Verzani is responsible for budgeting and scheduling a diverse range of construction projects including all horizontal (grading, underground utilities, paving, etc.). Mike is also responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction projects at Vistancia in Peoria and several other Phoenix metropolitan master planned communities.

Adam Cheney   Senior Project Manager

With 15 years of experience in land development, Adam is responsible for scheduling and overseeing a variety of construction projects ranging from five to several hundred acres.

HRD Construction  provides full-service construction management and oversight of residential development projects of all sizes.
