The 7,100 acre Vistancia master planned community grand opened in 2004 and features four distinctive lifestyle communities – The Village at Vistancia, Blackstone at Vistancia, Trilogy at Vistancia, and Northpointe at Vistancia. Land Resources has facilitated land transactions, new home sales and marketing efforts for 18 new home builders in over 54 parcels to date. The community began construction in 2002 and over $350 million has been invested in planning, design, infrastructure improvements, parcel development and amenity construction to date. Vistancia is touted as one of the most successful master planned communities in Arizona and has been voted the #1 Master Planned Community in Arizona by Ranking Arizona in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
