Harvest – Queen Creek, Arizona
The 400-acre Harvest master planned community is under development to open its first phase in 2020. Celebrating the heritage of Queen Creek’s rich agricultural history and ‘Agritainment’ theming throughout the town planning, Harvest’s Phase I spans 204 acres and will deliver 584 lots to Pulte Homes, Beazer Homes, Gehan Homes, David Weekley Homes and Landsea Homes. The total construction budget for Phase I totals $30 million.
